Slept a little later; a little jet lag & fasting for a routine blood test @ 9:30 a.m.
9:30 am-
Greek yogurt with fresh,organic blueberries after test
10:30 am-
GF toast with almond butter and sprouts
Noon-
Tossed salad and cauliflower w\soup I made before I left for Calif. and froze
Mid-day-
Gouda cheese & an apple
7 pm-
Dinner with grandson: Veggie antipasti with root veggies, broccoli rabe, eggplant, etc.; beet salad, creme brulee that my husband, my grandson & I shared.
Since I had dessert @ dinner, probably won’t have anything tonight at home unless I stay up late.
