6:30 a.m. 1/2 grapefruit
7:30 a.m. 4 small GF pancakes with chai tea
9:15-10:15 a.m.
Went downstairs to take a pilates class in the room opposite the gym with other women from our building & with a teacher
10:30 a.m.-
Glass of green smoothie made yesterday ( lettuce, kiwi, 1/2 mango & blueberries)
Lunch-
arugula with feta, tempeh & peas
Mid-aft snack: trail mix & an org. apple
Dinner: collards with garlic & carrots with yellow quinoia (I made red the other day.)
