Can’t remember last night’s snack; think it was grapes again.

7:30 a.m.- org.orange & sprouted pumpkin seeds
8 a.m.-
scrambled egg whites & sprouts.
Took a long walk to return a library book, about one hour of walking at a medium pace. Weather was cool & breezy &perfect for a walk.
10:30 a.m. – Small PP smoothie with almond milk
1 p.m.– Tofu stir fried with org. broccoli slaw from Trader Joe’s-quick & tasty; Dandy Blend with one GF cookie
4 p.m.– Roasted peanuts in the shell
6 p.m.- Tossed salad with top of the stove grilled asparagus with sesame seeds. Still hungry so at 7:30 pm I had an ear of Jersey corn.
