Snack: org. apple

6:00 a.m. lemon juice & water
6:15 a.m. 1/2 grapefruit
7 a.m. 2 scrambled eggs, 1/2 slice GF toast, Dandy Blend
(Sub teaching so made a fruit & protein smoothie with me)
mid-morning snack: 1 T nuts, one cup smoothie
Went on errands after 1/2 day of sub. teaching and bought a small  bag of popcorn at school caf. to hold me over. Also purchased a chai tea @ the GF bakery
Late lunch (1:30-2 pm): barley veg. soup, leftover cauliflower with carrot sauce from last night.
7 p.m. late dinner because of late lunch. Salad with Veggie Shreds, black rice (a new rice I just bought), asparagus with carrot sauce, edamame beans, 1/2 slice of GF bread.
