6:30 a.m. Lemon juice & water
7:30 a.m. Protein Smoothie with Barlean’s Orange Swirl Flaxseed Oil (no fruit)
Cleaned part of the apt. & went to the mini-gym downstairs for 30 minutes
8: 15 a.m. Organic pear
10:30 a.m. one slice of gluten-free bread topped with regular Flaxseed Oil, plus chai tea
1 p.m. Shopping for flooring so pooped into a local Chinese restaurant and had steamed veggies with tofu and brown sauce  as well as a daikon/carrot cucumber salad with rice vinegar.
4:30 p.m. Organic apple with tahini
6 p.m. Tossed salad; beans & green dish made with thinly sliced chard, red belle peppers, leeks, garlic & canned Great Northern beans.
Snack will be posted in the morning
