Wed., Dec. 15th, 2010-DAILY MENU

6:30 am – Lemon juice & water mixed with the last of my green smoothie from yesterday
7 a.m. –
Decided to bake some goodies to take to MANNA tomorrow, where I volunteer to pack food for critically ill people who are at nutritional risk. I ate about 1/4 c. of yogurt with raspberries, one of the gluten free cookies and about 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce from 7:30- 9 am.
10 a.m. – GF/DF toast topped with Flax Oil; Dandy drink
12 noon – Out to lunch with a friend @ an Indian restaurant. Had salad, rice, and a curried cauliflower/potato dish. Good for the cold weather. Maybe I will make my own version in a few days.
3 p.m. large organic apple
6:30 p.m. – Unexpected invitation to go to our favorite Chinese restaurant. Usually don’t eat lunch & dinner out. Had my regular meal: soup as a meal containing tofu, snow peas, bean sprouts, rice noodles, mushrooms & carrots. Also cabbage salad.
9 p.m.snack- 2 GF/Vegan cookies I made this morning plus one cup of Rice Dream, warmed. (Very cold outside today.)
