Last  night I had a pear in addition to some Manna bread earlier in the evening

Going to volunteer @ MANNA kitchen

6 am- Yogurt with berries; sliver of manna bread (Sprouted without flour, yeast or sugar)
10 am– Did a lot of lifting and arm work for 3 hours, so that’s my exercise for today. Had a small SF applesauce and protein bar. (Want to find one that’s healthy with low carbs)
Lunch– Tossed salad with feta cheese; sliver of Manna bread; Iced Dandy blend
Snack- Apple, Manna bread
