Last week I experimented with the Atkins Diet, vegetarian style. I will report on that over the week-end, probably Sunday.

7 am- Yogurt with raspberries; small piece of cheese
10:30 am- Early lunch:
Veggie burgers (2), large salad
2 p.m– Berry Green Smoothie- Lettuce, strawberries, raspberries & blueberries
Snack: Nuts
6 pm- Spinach/Cheese omelet; asparagus
Snack– 1/2 organic apple; small piece of cheese
