Last night I ate only asparagus before yoga and watermelon when I returned. Then, about 10 pm, I was super hungry and made gluten-free pasta. Guess my body clock is still in Italy with late dinners.
Today I was busy starting a job to cook for a dentist in the area. He wants to eat like me! So I grazed all morning and afternoon as I made his menu, shopped, cleaned out the freezer to see what I still had before going away.
My grazing included: organic orange with almonds, an organic apple, hoomus with organic celery, edamame beans with sesame oil, a hard boiled egg, peanuts in the shell, and watermelon. I am not sure what I will eat for dinner. It is hot and when the summer hits, my appetite for cooked food usually wanes, but not my weight, because I eat so much fruit.
For dinner ate salad, since I did not have one yesterday, either. Also, org. borccoli with some grated cheese.
Snack: gluten free cookies I had made and froze before vacation.
