S & P – Salt & Pepper

7 a.m.- A small glass of green smoothie
9:30 a.m.- Coconut flour pancakes with unsweetened jam; dandy blend
noon– Protein bar on the way to the chiropractor and a chai tea with soy milk at a coffee shop
6 pm- org. tossed saladcurly lettuce, daikon radish, hearts of palm, sprouts, goat cheese with olive oil & lemon; green beans & Brussels sprouts cooked in 1/2″ of veggie stock and Great Northern Beans added at the end.
