Snack from last night: tangerine, walnuts and almond butter

7 am Hot water & lemon
8 am
Steel cut oats with Almond Milk & Stevia
mid-morning-
Green Smoothie with blueberries, lettuce, and one date
Noon
– Greek yogurt with blueberries. Awake very early (4 a.m.) so took a nap and then finished my lunch @ 1:30 pm Yesterday’s GF spirals with peas and pesto sauce
(Had to go to the dentist to smooth down my tooth where the crown fell off, so ate soft foods. Put up a sweet potato before going to dentist.)
6:30 pm– Nori wrap with sprouts and hoomus (I grow micro greens in soil: buckwheat, sunflower, lentils, clover, etc.) Sweet potato, steamed broccoli and a slice of GF bread about 1/2 hour after dinner.
