Last night’s snack: apple, 3 figs and a few nuts
6:15 am- lemon juice & water
8 a.m.
– Steel cut oats with almond milk
9:30 a.m. banana
Noon– Purchased a tossed salad in the school caf. where I substituted and heated up the dish I made last nite wild rice, edamame beans & veggies)
1:30 p.m. Had a few of my raw chips
4:30 p.m. organic pear & a few nuts
6 p.m.– Home made miso soup with tofu, carrots, mushrooms & scallions; 3-4 rice crackers
Snack will be posted tomorrow morning
