Last night’s snack: 1/2 apple with almond butter & some berries

6 a.m. Shot of green smoothie; one egg fried and sprouts
Going to MANNA kitchen to volunteer so took one of my protein bars for snacking. This is my exercise for today since i do a lot of lifting, stirring, moving, etc.
9 am-
1/2 protein bar (gave other half to one of the chefs on a gluten free diet
Lunch:
small tossed salad with Great Northern beans
Still hungry so had some fruit & yogurt about 2 pm
Dinner:
Cabbage salad, sweet potato, Brussels sprouts (Bad choice because I already had cabbage salad.)
