Preparing food for a dentist, so samples some of the dishes as I was preparing, but mostly salads that do not require cooking.
Noon- Asparagus prepared on my cast iron fry pan, topped with grated org. cheese and sprouts on the side. Iced Dandy Blend with 3 gluten free cookies I made before vacation and froze.
7:30 p.m.- Ate the grilled baby artichokes I made this morning, sone for my “client” and some for me. Also, org. celery with hoomus. (Snitched some chips and popcorn from my husband’s card game.)
