5:30 am- warm lemon juice & water
6:30 a.m.– organic Greek yogurt with flax seed meal, almond meal, org. raspberries & blueberries
9:30 am– Low carb bar from chiropractor’s office
1:30 p.m.- Tossed salad with grated cheese
3 p.m.- organic grapes (A few minutes leater my husband came home with a small bag of chips which we shared. Potato chips & cookies are my weaknesses.)
6:30 p.m – Miso soup with shirataki noodles (noodles made from the root of a plant called the konnyyaku imo, grown in Asia)
Snack-  Grapes or another fruit
