Breakfast- I actually nibbled all morning on the items I was preparing for the dentist I now cook for: roasted potatoes, bean and corn filling for tortillas, etc.
Lunch: Tossed salad from last night; GF cookies I just baked as part of the menu I was making.
Dinner: Another salad, left from what I prepared for the dentist topped with crumbled tofu and herbs I used for stuffing pasta for the dentist; green beans with almonds
Snack: Cherries I just bought at the mini-farmers’ market across the street
