Last nights’ snack: Tea & ginger snaps earlier and then ate some of the yellow beets I cooked last night for today.

6:30 a.m. Lemon juice & water
7 a.m. Blueberry PP Smoothie
Traveling for the day, but forgot to take fruit, so when we stopped for gas, I purchased the least offensive snack I could find: baked chips; not ideal, but at least no HFCS (High Fructose Corn Syrup or Hydrogenated Oil)
I did bring the rest of my green smoothie which I sipped throughout the day, as well as water.
12:30 p.m. Lunch at a local buffet. I had 2 kinds of salad, some rice and Brussels sprouts & tried a coconut macaroon and small piece of fudge.
4 p.m. Found a supermarket on the way home and picked up asparagus for dinner as well as organic apples. Washed 2 off in the women’s bathroom and ate one on the way back home.
6:30-7 pm– Grilled the asparagus and made GF pasta with salad I made last night.
