1/2 cup Starbucks hot chocolate from MANNA coffee machine
10 a.m.
Organic apple
12:30 p.m. Lunch:
Miso soup with tofu, scallions, carrots, arame seaweed; raw carrot
4 p.m.
1 oz. piece of gouda cheese
6:30 p.m.
quinoa with edamame beans; tossed salad with veggie threads; taste of rice with black beans
8 p.m. 1/2 ounce gouda cheese
8:30 p.m. org. blackberries I froze earlier
