Note: I will be traveling tomorrow and Friday, and Saturday is a holiday and also the one day I take a computer break, so I am posting menus from November, before my blog was online, but I was still tracking my meals.

7:30 am Lemon juice & warm water
7:45 am Green smoothie: 2 c. cold water, 3 large lettuce leaves, ½ mango, I kiwi, 2 soaked dates (pitted) –pureed and drank 1 cup
8:30 am
– Barbara’s Puffins with rice milk. I eat too much cereal when it is in the house, so will not buy it for a few weeks. Cereal is made from highly processed grains, not as good as the whole grain it is puffed/ flaked from.
9:30-11 am
– Yoga- drank water during class (Remember to drink H2O throughout the day. I don’t drink 8 glasses, but I consume a lot of “wet” foods like salad and fruits, so I feel 8 glasses of water is overload for me. Not sure where the # 8 came from, but since I don’t eat meat or hard cheese, both of which are dense, I feel I don’t need as much water as a meat eater. My goal is 6 glasses.
12:15 pm
– Lunch-Started split pea soup in the morning and put it in my crockpot for lunch. Pureed it with hand held blender and added rice and curry powder. (I used 2 c. peas, 8 c. water, celery, leek, garlic, and a small white fleshed sweet potato, because I forgot to buy carrots.

First I ate a tossed salad with hoomus dressing (Bought hoomus from 365 (Whole Foods), but too bland, so added water, lemon juice, tamari and garlic and made a dressing. Ate 2 helpings of soup with Mary’s Gone Crackers.
About ½ hr. after lunch I ate one square of 90% cacao.
4 pm – Rest of my green smoothie (mango, kiwi, dates & lettuce with 2 c. cold water
6 pm dinner- Placed grilled tempeh over cooked kale, sprinkled with raw bell pepper and sprouted lentils.

8pm – organic grapes

Went to bed very early and woke up at about 3 pm hungry, so had a cup of tea a 4 GF ginger snaps, checked my email and went back to bed until about 8 am.
