Last night’s snack: Org. strawberries with Cashew Creme (Made from soaked casews pureed in water to a thick consistency)
Volunteering @ MANNA kitchen up @ 5:30 am w/ early breakfast
6 am – Two eggs over light and small salad
Mid-morning @ MANNA- Small hot chocolate
Late morning snack (on the road) – Celery with raw almond butter & green smoothie
12:30 pm – Last nights lima beans with kale (chilled) and a cheese stick (Too tired to make anything, so took a nap)
2:30 pm – More green smoothie
4 pm – Chai Tea Latte after dental app’t. I ask the coffee shop to use chai tea bags, since the chai mix is loaded with sugar.
6 pm-Mouth was sore from dental work, so had very little to eat that I had to chew. Made some kasha (buckwheat groats) with edamame beans.
