Spent most of the morning making food for my prospective client and nibbled on ingredients. Also drank more water.
12:30 Lunch with my neighbor @ my apt. to test the recipes: tossed garden salad, sprouted lentil salad, Asian slaw, baked tofu, pasta with veggies, roasted veggies, & sweet potato/spinach soup. I also made him some chocolate” mousse” from avocado, banana, cocoa, almond milk & honey.
4:o0 pm – Organic apple after I napped
6:30 pm– Still not hungry for dinner because I ate a lot for lunch, sampling the dishes, so I had more yogurt with berries.
