6am – Up early to got to MANNA so ate heartily- stir fried spaghetti squash with grated cheese
10 am – Cheese stick, 1/2 apple, 1/2 orange
2 pm – Organic plain yogurt with haroset (Passover dish made from apples, walnuts and cinnamon)
4 pm – Took a walk with my neighbor Marilyn for about 1/2 hour
Too early for dinner and not hungry enough for lunch. Took a pixie tangerine with me on my errands & dr. app’t.
7:30 pm – Wrap with lettuce, radishes & goat cheese; stir fried tofu with asparagus, Brussels sprouts & green beans.
