7:30 amAlmond milk with blackberries smoothie
10 am-Cheese snack
Lunch: 2 egg cheese omelet with cooked chard
Snack: Pecans, black olives
6 pm-  Small arugula salad with asparagus and almonds; medium thai salad with peanuts and avocado, veggieburger with sprouts
Snack
– goat cheese
