Breaking: The Biden Admin publicly supports the Global Plastics Treaty addressing the full lifecycle of plastics

Breaking News: 1

After more than a year of pushing the Biden Administration to support the strongest treaty possible, the United States issued a statement today in support of discussing a treaty that addresses the entire lifecycle of plastics at the upcoming UN Environmental Assembly meeting.

This is encouraging news, but discussions are only the first step. We need more than words, we need action! That is why we will be delivering your voices to the Biden Administration next week to let President Biden and Secretary Blinken know we’ll be watching for their leadership at the UN meeting starting in Nairobi on February 28th.

If you haven’t signed yet, add your voice now to join more than 34,0000 Greenpeace activists in calling on President Biden to deliver on his administration’s announcement to champion a bold and binding Global Plastics Treaty addressing the full lifecycle of plastics. Take Action!

Thanks for raising your voice!
