Surveys, Petitions, Poem & Information to Share

I received an email this week with Bernie Sanders Emergency plan. Here is the link in case you want to see what he suggests: https://berniesanders.com/issues/emergency-response-coronavirus-pandemic/.

Regardless of how you are voting, you might want to see what this plan has to offer, because it is quite comprehensive.  If the ideas seem valid, you can always ask your congressmen and congresswomen to consider some of these ideas, if not all.

The Environmental Defense Fund has a survey about climate change and the presidency that you might want to respond to. Here is the link:  https://click.edfactionvotes.org/Global-Climate-Crisis

My son gave me this info. Copy and paste this link into your browser window to learn about the hazards of reusable grocery bags. There are many articles with details about how our reusable bags can be spreading the Coronavirus.

Here is a poem by my friend Stanley, whose books I have reviewed earlier:

Corona Virus Rant
by Stanley Fink
Damn your plague!
You took away my freedom
To assemble
To Travel
To associate
With my family,
Friends and Co-workers.
I am now stuck alone
With no end in sight.
I wash my hands of you,
Spray Lysol in your eyes,
And kick you out of my life!
Stay Safe. Be proactive. Read “My Quiet Rant” that I posted yesterday!
Here is an add on about Victor Frankl, Holocaust survivor who wrote, Man’s Search for Meaning. Here is thel ink to his philosophy which may help you make sense of the pandemic:
For Frankl, meaning came from three possible sources: purposeful work, love, and courage in the face of difficulty. (The last one is the one that we are being tested on now.)

Victor Frankl’s book, Man’s Search for Meaning, has always been a favorite of mine. Thanks for telling others about it too.

    You are a treasure!
    My love to you,
    Honey
