This week has been a busy one, tweaking the graphics on the website as a result of reader feedback and my own observations. I hope the changes and improvements make reading easier.
The original Home Page is now the Welcome Page and will remain more or less as is. This new Home Page is an explanation of what’s new, similar to an editor’s page in a monthly magazine, only this page will change with every major posting in Kitchen Nutrition with Recipes (formerly Posting of the Week.)
Click on Kitchen Nutrition for the feature article: Chill Out with Raw Foods with recipes. I have also posted a profile of Barb Jarmoska, owner of Freshlife, so please click on Profiles. In the Book, Film, and Website Reviews you will find a review of Love Your Body, a book by Viktoras Kulvinskas. I also put one of his quotes in This ‘n That, which reinforces the focus of the feature article on raw foods, or what Viktor calls “unfired foods.”
Finally, in Peek 2 Pique is a recipe for the next posting in Kitchen Nutrition: Thyme on My Hands. I have so much thyme growing on my patio, I have to do an article so I can use some of this wonderful herb in recipes.
