7 am- PP smoothie
7:30-8 am-
exercised in the mini-gym downstairs
9 am– One fried egg with sprouts
10:30 am-
organic pear
1:30 pm– small green drink while preparing 2 cups Miso soup: cubed tofu, snow peas, peas, daikon, seaweed & miso
3:30 pm– organic apple & organic raisins
7 pm– Ate at our favorite Chinese restaurant & I had tofu clouds with broccoli & mushrooms, a kind of tofu souffle in mini-pieces; pineapple

Working all day on a paper with my daughter so went to bed early without a snack.
