9 am- fasting blood test, so I took some organic Greek yogurt (plain) with berries and almond meal to eat after my blood was drawn.
11 am- Cheese omelet with sprouts
1 pm- Organic apple
3 pm- watermelon and later a glass of green smoothie (greens & berries)
6 p.m.- asparagus with grated cheese
Going to yoga-first class since before vacation. Really need it!
