7 am- 1/2 grapefruit with ground almonds
8 a.m.- Protein smoothie with nectarine
10:30 a.m.- Organic grapes
Noon– Went for a swim; did 10 short laps
1 p.m.– Miso soup and nori wrap with tahini and sprouts
4 p.m.– more grapes & peanuts in the shell
6:30 p.m.- Lightly cooked broccoli with black-eyed peas.
7:30 p.m.– Tea and 2 or 3 GF cookies I made and froze before vacation
