5:45 am warm lemon juice & water
6:30 am– Banana smoothie w/ PP
7:15 am GF/DF toast with Dandy Blend
10:30 a.m. unsweetened applesauce
Early school lunch– Tossed salad, peas, a couple of bites of tempuna. Did not ike the taste. I am not a mayo fan. Should have used avocado. Had some pea soup I made and a couple of Mary’s crackers and then popcorn.
3:30 pm – Felt dissatisfied with my choice of lunch. Finished the ginger rice pudding.
Took a nap because I was awake before 5 a.m. Napping is actually part of my lifestyle, since I am an early riser.
6 pm – Thought I would make gluten-free buckwheat noodles with mushrooms and broccoli. I threw out threw out the pasta because it was pasty. Had 1/2 red bell pepper (raw) stuffed with hoomus. Still hungry so had my standby: GF/DF toast with herbal tea. I think my taste buds are changing……
9:30 pm. Needed something to take away the bad taste in my mouth from bad choices for lunch & dinner. I had a small jar of artichoke hearts and then about 20 minutes later, one cookie (I made them from the non-gluten teff grain.)
Tomorrow’s food choices should be interesting!
