Monday, April 25th, 2011-DAILY MENU

Dairy Free – DF
Gluten Free – GF
Dandy Blend- Dandy (coffee sub.)
Macadamia Nut Oil- Mac Oil
NSA- No salt added
Olive Oil – OO
PP – Protein Powder
S & P – Salt & Pepper
Sugar Free – SF

7 a.m.- Made a berry green smoothie yesterday and had a small glass. (Light green org. lettuce, organic raspberries & strawberries, water & pinch of stevia)
7:30 a.m.- one fried egg, Dandy blend, sprouts, one sliver of GF matzoh (Avoiding bread carbs ala Atkins)
Cleaned & scrubbed the kitchen for about 2 hours (My exercise for today)*
9:30 am
– More smoothie
Lunch– Had an appointment to meet with a dentist who wants me to make vegetarian meals for him. Hooray! Ate at Chun Hing, my favorite Chinese Restaurant (and his) and ordered veggies stir fried with tofu and a garlic sauce without sugar.
Mid-afternoon: Organic apple
6 pm – Garden salad, oreg. asparagus with grated organic cheese & a small piece (cracker size) or GF matzoh. (Organic cheese avoids hormones given to cows.)
