Snack last nite: GF toast & 1 slice of thin corn cake
7 a.m.-
lemon juice & water
7:30 a.m.-
1/2 pink grapefruit
8 a.m.- PP
smoothie with 1/2 banana and Omega 3 swirl
Went to the gym downstairs for about 35 minutes
12 ish– Tossed salad (red-tipped lettuce, grated carrot, green olives, sprouts) with 3 or 4 dolamdes (stuffed grape leaves)
2 p.m. organic apple
Took a nap. Up since 6 a.m. preparing for tomorrow’s International Women’s Day Luncheon & want to go back to prep work for some of the dishes feeling refreshed.
6:15 p.m.- Using up my black beans, rice & older tortillas   luncheon tomorrow. Added a lettuce platter with sprouts, avocado and grated carrots.
