Last night’s Snack: GF Ginger Snaps from Trader Joe’s & herbal tea
7:30 am – Greek Yogurt with fresh pineapple
Went to the gym downstairs for 40 minutes
9 am– Steel Cut Oats with Almond Milk
10:30 am – organic apple with almond butter
noon– Had a small bowl of kasha (toasted buckwheat groats) and GF noodles before
running errands. Colder than I thought so stopped for chai @ a local coffee shop and ended up with hot chocolate with whipped cream, a real treat! Have to cut out hot chocolate because while chocolate alone is considered healthy, hot chocolate has too much
sugar.
2:30 pm– Made a green smoothie with organic lettuce, raspberries & blueberries (both organic) and one date, soaked.
6 pm– Tossed salad with red & daikon radishes, feta, and sprouts; double split pea soup that I made this afternoon; rice crackers.
