Last nite’s snack- About 3 oz. nuts
7 a.m.- Lemon juice & water
7:30 a.m.- Protein Smoothie with omega 3s & 1/2 cup juice & water
9 a.m.- Finished the kasha* casserole that I froze before vacation. (*buckwheat groats, gluten-free spirals, peas & carrots)
Mid-morning snack– organic pear
Noon or so– Nori wrap with veggies; a few raw chips from a new company
Had a light lunch so I snacked twice:
Early aft. snack– Green smoothie I made yesterday: lettuce, kiwi, blueberries & one soaked date for sweetness
Late afternoon snack- Couple pieces of fresh pineapplke and a small square of chocolate
6:30 p.m.- Tossed salad with tempeh I had grilled and crumbled; one dish meal of edamame beans, red bell peppers, leeks & garlic mixed with wild rice.
Two or three raw chips.
Evening snack will be posted tomorrow.
