From Wed. Nov. 11th –

Substituted at school in the a.m. so made a green smoothie (Romaine, raspberries, pineapple and a date. Also a snack bar that is GF, DF, & nut free.

7 am lemon juice & water
7:30 am
– one 3 minute egg with sprouts

7:45 am – one slice GF/DF toast with Dandy Blend.During the morning I drank the smoothie and had the snack bar.
1 pm – Shopping for a new dishwasher near a Thai restaurant we like: Went back for lunch before shopping and had the miso-veg. soup, salad with ginger dressing and some brown rice with snow peas.
Big lunch so will have a small dinner. Ate a few grapes before taking a 30 minute walk with my neighbor at 4:30.

Maybe I will have breakfast for dinner, like GF pancakes.

6 pm – Gluten free pancakes from Bob’ Mills mix. I used coconut water instead of milk and added unsweetened coconut to the batter. Tasty! I made one half batch and had about 6-8 small pancakes (3”) with a drizzle of agave syrup and chai tea.
8 pm– about 1 c. fresh org raspberries and org. grapes

Still hungry by bedtime so had a few baby carrots with hummus.

Note: I know that the literature frowns on eating before bed, but  I eat several small meals throughout the day and am often hungry before bed, so usually limit my snack to fruit, but I had nothing crunchy for dinner, so I think my body wanted that and carrots filled the bill.
