Last night’s snack: applesauce earlier and rice pudding with stevia, a natural sweetener
7:30 a.m. lemon juice & water
8 a.m. scrambled eggs, toast & chai
Feel like I am coming down with a cold, so took extra Vitamin C & made an appointment with my D.O. to “nip in the bud” whatever I am getting. Also took some aloe arborescence, an immune booster.
Lunch: Returned from the D.O. & made some miso soup: garlic, soup stock, rice and arame seaweed. Made enough for dinner since I don’t want to eat much. Took a nap!
5 p.m.- Ate an orange
6 p.m. – Ate the rest of the miso soup and took a homeopathic remedy to ward off the flu.
I plan to drink my green smoothie I made last nite: blueberries, lettuce and one date with an added “shot” of acai berry juice.
