6:30 am – Lemon juice & water (and water throughout the day)
7 am– Crunchy fruit salad: pomegranate seeds, kiwi, raspberries & unsweetened coconut shreds
7:30 – Small raspberry PP smoothie
7:45 – Chai Tea with one slice of GF/DF toast with flax oil drizzled on top
Went to school to sub in the a.m., so tookÂ aÂ green smoothie made from the leftover fruit salad and some lettuce with filtered water.
10 am – In school snack – organic apple
12:30– Lunch with my step-daughter at Panera’s- Large garden salad with a small bag of chips (a splurge for me!)
2 pm – 2 GF/DF ginger snaps and tea
5:30 pm– (Organic) tossed salad consisting of two kinds of lettuce, red bell pepper, celery, snow peas, leek and olives. Tossed with olive oil and lemon and Trader Joe’s 21 Seasoning saute plus S & P. Split pea soup I made yesterday. Froze the rest for a day I don’t have time to make soup.
Snack– Tea & Toast or fruit – not sure; too early to decide, but want to post this now. (Will report my actual snack tomorrow.)
