In this month’s Peak to Pique I am featuring Jay Jacobson’s (my son-by-marriage) Thanksgiving Salad recipe that we make every November when he comes from California for this American holiday. Here’s a photo of the one I made today just for the “photo shoot.” The ingredients are simply lettuce, pomegranate seeds, walnuts and goat cheese.
