Last Night’s Snack : Apple about 9; still hungry so finished my veggie dish about 10 p.m. (from dinner).

8 a.m.- Lemon juice & water
9 a.m. PP smoothie with just one cup water and one cup PP.

11 a.m.Green smoothie I made yesterday with less fruit & more greens. Actually tasted better than I expected.
1 p.m.Greek salad @ Panera’s. No soups I could have so came home and made some rice.
4 p.m. Piece of GF/DF toast
Going out for New Year’s Eve dinner late, so will have a snack instead of dinner around six.
6:30- Made another smoothie with fruit to hold me over until we eat out for New Year’s Eve.

Note: Since I will be out late and not posting tomorrow, I will put what I expect to have at the restaurant—either roasted veggies over rice or a baked potato with steamed veggies, so that’s why I am having a protein drink now, since there won’t be a vegetarian source of protein at the restaurant.
