Note: I will be traveling Thursday and Friday, and Saturday is a holiday and also the one day I take a computer break, so I am posting menus from November, before my blog was online, but I was still tracking my meals.
8 am PP smoothie
8:30 am– Organic apple
Lunch- 12ish â€“ brought thermos with my pea soup because on the road to Hâ€™burg. Stopped @ a Japanese rest. and bought 5 pieces of vegetable sushi with ginger and wasabi. Very good!
4:30 pm– another apple on the road
6:30Â pmâ€“ Spring mix salad with olive oil, lemon, garlic and basilRice noodles tossed with sautÃ©ed spinach and mushrooms @ a local restaurant near our home, because returned from Hâ€™burg too late & too tired to start cooking. Usually love their food but this was too oily.
8 pm tea (Too much oil in the dish gave me an upset stomach.) Decided not to eat any dishes out cooked with oil, in addition to nothing deep- fried. Not sure what kind of oils they use and since I seem to have trouble every time I order something fried or cooked with too much oil, I will stick with steamed veggies.
