7 am- Using up ground almonds from making almond milk and GF pancake mix; made an interesting cookie/scone. These became my breakfast.
Lunch- Ate chilled buckwheat dish I made last night. Had some celery with almond butter.
Snack: Apple & one square of chocolate
6 pm– Miso soup with tofu, carrots, leek. Also made kale but too tough so I tossed it. Must be too old. My husband made rice so I threw that in the soup.Â Made a mixed green salad with radishes and sprouts.
Since I won’t post until Monday, I will guess that my snack will be a couple more of the GF cookies I made this morning. Will probably have tea.
There will be no article over the week-end on my series since I am gearing up to my Atkins experiment. Should have something to post by next week-end, especially if I drop a couple of pounds.
