My writer friend Joyce liked my article in Women’s Voices for Change about laundry lines in Italy (https://www.menupause.info/archives/10773) and suggested I start a new photo website, but instead I just started a new category on this website. I am holding off on the laundry photos until I hear from The Sun Magazine, where I submitted 30 of them.
In the meantime, I took this photo of the mask and fan we bought in Italy that hangs on the short wall in our living room. The time was early morning last week and the sun was golden. The shadow is from a plant that sits opposite the wall on a low bookcase. I could not resist taking the photo and calling it Shades of Italy. (Unfortunately, I could not remove the round thermostat.)
