I thought I had finished with my fall poems. (A couple more will be posted in Travel Tales for November, since I ran out of days in October, and like cellphone minutes, I am rolling the rhymes over to November at no cost to you!!!)
‘Tis almost Halloween
no goblins have I seen….
Just falling leaves:
My heart just grieves
To see the limbs go bare
And don their winter wear.
Must I wait another year
‘Til I get to gaze & leer
At Mother Nature’s fallen glory?
OK, OK, this is my final autumn story!
(Until next year!!)
P.S. I have one more recipe that will post later today. This rhyme was an unexpected addition to October.
