December 9th, 2010 Menu

6:30 amOrganic Pear (I fell asleep last night before eating my snack)
Water with Detox drops (About 2 times per year I do a detox)
7 am- Green Smoothie drink made yesterday with lettuces, berries, dates & kiwi
7:30-8 am – Lifted weights n the mini-gym downstairs
8:30 am- Vegan pancakes with a drizzle of maple syrup, Dandy Drink
10:30- Went for a walk to the bank, about 20 minutes each way
12:30- Two bowls of the stew I made last nite, Mary’s Gone Crackers & sunflower greens
(I will have a posting on sprouts soon.) I am going to a  Xmas party @ my mother-inl aw’s nursing home and the pickings will be sparse for a veggie, so I ate a big lunch.
5 pm- Hors D’oeuvres (mushrooms & broccoli & a couple cubes of cheese)
5:30 pm – small salad, green beans & carrots
7 pm- Greek yogurt with raspberries
8 pm – Toast with Dandy
The early dinner with the less than suitable choices threw off my routine, but I shall be back on it tomorrow!
