Note: My portions vary, depending on how hungry I am, but I eat often, so I usually don’t eat very large portions. For ex., I had a big lunch so I had a smaller dinner. I also included my exercise time. See Philosophy Behind this Blog. Click on it in the right hand margin.
7 am Lemon Juice & Water
7:20- Filtered water blended with PP
7:25-7:55 am- Workout in the gym
8 am organic grapes
10 am- one slice GF/DF bread & Dandy
12:30- Ate at a Middle-Eastern restaurant: Greek Salad, bowl of V split pea soup
2 pm – Organic apple
6 pm- Steamed organic broccoli and Potato Kugel (This week is Hannuka, but I had potato pancakes last night at a birthday party, so I made kuegl: grated potatoes(water drained out), grated carrots, leeks, one egg and salt & pepper and baked until crispy on top.
