Cooking “GREEN”: Land & Sea Foods

On Friday, March 19th, I will be ZOOMING my food class to match March’s green theme, only it will be green as in chlorophyll as well as green as in ecological.  Eating lower on the foods chain, even once or twice each week, with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables is a great way to have a lighter carbon footprint, since animal husbandry is very costly, ecologically.Here’s the link:
