Cooked vs Raw Foods

In Love Your Body by Viktoras Kulvinskas, the author makes a strong statement for food in its natural, uncooked stage as recommended by Dr. Howell in his book Enzyme Nutrition (Click on the feature article in Kitchen Nutrition with Recipes). Here’s what Viktor has to say:
Nature’s foods are in their most nutritious state when eaten raw, picked ripe from orchard or garden. Cooking destroys all enzymes, lecithin, many vitamins and much of the protein. As much as 85% of the original nutrients may be lost in cooking. (p. 6)

    There are some plugins for WordPress that will set up a mobile-friendly version automatically. There is one called Handheld from Elegant Themes that I have used a few times and works pretty well. The ideal thing to do is to build the blog with a mobile-friendly theme from the beginning, but that is an easy way to get a mobile version onto an already existing blog. Hope that helps.
