Autumn is in the Air

I saw this quote by Albert Camus in a brochure from a Senior Living Center and went online to see if I could find it. Thanx, Shannondell for finding it first! Here are some photos that reflect the quote:


I call this Fire Flowering!


 This tree is just beginning to “flower.”









The orange and gold leaves are as lovely as any flower!




 The contrast between the green and the orange is lovely!


I think I took this in the car on the way to State College, PA, when the fall was beginning to cover the  mountains the way flowers dot the landscape in spring.



I even love the leaves as they turn brown, although I am partial to the deep reds and bright golds, especially when the sun catches their colors. Hope you are having a spectacular fall!
