April: Earth Day Every Day

This month, most of my postings will be related to Earth Day issues, including climate change, eating lower on the food chain, and in general, information on our environment and how we can clean up planet earth.

I will be posting more “Back to the Future” items that you can use in your home that are considered ecological. I will also be posting a book called Unsafe at Any Meal because I forgot that March was National Nutrition Month, and I think eating healthy foods (ex. organic produce) that are free of pesticides is one way
to clean up our environment.


On Friday, April 9th I will be doing a ZOOM cooking class entitled Pastalicious and will refer to the above book concerning wheat products.  (I also will review it in a few days.) Here is the link, which I will publish again before the class:

I will be posting some of the recipes from the class as well as one or two from last month’s class on Land & Sea Vegetables.
I also hope to post information on some of the organizations that are working to save our planet, such as Green Peace and Sierra Club.

April will be a busy month because I plan to post something everyday about Earth Day, which has actually become Earth Month, at last on my 15-year old website. Stay safe!
