A Rhyme for Azalea Thyme

I think I love azaleas ’cause

I miss them if I blink.

Their blossoms are bedazzling…

in purple, white and pink.

Blooming briefly in the spring

like visitors on a brief stay.

So enjoy these lovely blossoms

before they fade away…..

My sentiments exactly – except I can’t express myself in rhyme as you do so well.

Love it! So true! Their beauty is short-lived.

I especially loved the pics and your poem because our azaleas did not show up well this year.

Spring flowers are short-lived. I love to see the flowers of spring and wish they could extend their stay like roses. Thank you for the poem and photos of these hardy azaleas.
